Q: Is your service and the quote comparison for free?
Answer: Yes, our service is completely free. Companies who search for quotes and suppliers don`t have to pay anything. Only our suppliers pay a small fee for each lead we generate to help establish business relationships.
Q: Am I obliged to work with a supplier if I receive a quote?
Answer: No, using our service and requesting quotes doesn`t oblige you to buy at one of our suppliers. It`s absolutely your decision whether you want to work with a supplier or not.
Q: Is it safe to submit my personal details and buying requests?
Answer: We keep your personal details 100% confidential. We only pass necessary details you provide to chosen suppliers in order to handle your enquiry and to contact you.

Q: How do I receive the qualified leads?
Answer: Everytime you receive a new lead we will send an email which contains an outline of the enquiry. This email invites you to login to your online account to retrive the full details at your inbox and foloow the lead up.
Q: What is a qualified lead?
Answer: Before passing an enquiry to our suppliers we verify a genuine demand for the requested product. As part of this process a majority of our leads will have spoken to a member of our team on the phone to clarify their needs
Q: How do I choose the right kind of lead and the right quantity?
Answer: Our directory consists of different categories like "Computer Hardware" or "Fashion Accessories". You can subscribe to each of these categories by choosing the right category for your product range. Afterwards you can select how many leads maximum you would like to receive through each of the chosen categories.
Q: Can I subscribe to more than one category?
Answer: Certainly. If your company is offering products of different categories, you can subscribe to each of this categories.
Q: Which other features does my online account include?
Answer: In your online account you have a summary of all the leads you received through any of your categories. It also includes a billing area to keep you up to date with invoicing and payments. After you subscribed you can login anytime at my.Import.de.
Q: Can I put my subscription on hold?
Answer: No problem. We offer you the possibility to set caps on the number of leads you receive through each of your categories each week. This enables you to pause your subscription anytime, e.g. if you should have received enough orders for the moment. This way you can control and arrange a steady and continuous flow of new business coming in.
Q: What is the level of competition for any lead?
Answer: Providing our buying companies a real choice, each qualified lead (enquiry) goes to a maximum of just five companies.
Q: How do I pay for the service?
Answer: Payment for our Pay-Per-Lead service is simple and convenient. To avoid any banking fees and to ensure a fast transaction we use PayPal for all payments. Via PayPal you can also pay by credit card. Once you paid the respective amount for the number of leads you`ve chosen, the leads will be credited to your account. At the start of each month we will also send you an invoice for the service you have received during the previous month.
Q: Do I have to pay any commission if my company should receive an order from a lead?
Answer: You only pay for the leads, not for any commission. We don't take any fees of orders you win from the leads we provide. Once we've given you the leads, the rest is up to you.
Q: Is there a specific order in which the advertisers appear on the directory?
Answer: Suppliers who are listet on our directory will appear in a random order, in the category they subscribed. Advertisers who use our Pay-Per-Lead service will only receive enquiries if the requests fit to their company profile. If there are more than five companies who come into consideration, the leads will be generated in a random order.
